Welcome to Morton Park Farm

Located just 1.5 hours south of Sydney in the wonderful Southern Highlands of NSW, so it's an easy drive down the Hume Highway on a Friday afternoon.
Once here, you will feel a million miles from civilization, giving you time to relax, enjoy nature, re energize or be as active as you wish.

Introduction

Morton Park is a 130 acre farm, the home of our aquaponics business, Bare Greens Australia. Our primary farming activity is producing live herbs and greens using vertical growing techniques coupled with growing and harvesting silver perch fish.


Our Accommodation

We have a number of options for you to stay on our property. You are welcome for a day trip to view our greenhouse/fish house and fresh herbs and greens. Stay in our farmstay cottage, fully renovated with capacity for 10 people. Our campground area has small cabins, tent area and campervan area. 


Animals

We have an assortment of animals on our property, all very friendly. Horses, alpacas, sheep, goats. There is also an abundance of wild animals, kangaroos, wombats, emus, koalas, rabbits, foxes, deer. You will have a great opportunity to get close to the wild life!!

Kick Back and Relax or Sample what is on offer

When you arrive at Morton Park you can immediately feel the character of the place. You will either feel the urge to relax and take in the character, or dig in and get busy.
There are many activities to do, many places to visit, here are a few.

Observatory

We have two large amateur telescope, and we are in the process of building a large observatory to house them. Soon you will be able to view the heavens, take your own astrophotography. So check back soon for our announcement of our grand opening of our observatory.


Activities

While at our farm, you are welcome to do as much as you wish or as little as you wish. Sit on the large rear deck at the cottage, relax and take it all in. Help out at the greenhouse, planting herbs into the zipgrow towers. Maybe spend sometime in our large protea garden. Feed the animals. Go for a bush walk, short and easy, or very long and hard (only for experienced bush walkers) Maybe a picnic around our spring fed dam, aptly named, Wellspring Dam. Bring your own bikes and ride our tracks. Have fun in the games room (pool table, tennis table, darts, music, gym, foxtel/large screen and more) Go for a hay ride.... and much much more...
